We appreciate your decision to select our courses. Our goal is to offer a fulfilling experience to every user. Please note that our Return & Refund policy is governed by specific terms and conditions. When you make a purchase, it's understood that you accept and agree to these terms.

Our Return & Refund policy is as follows:

Cancellation & Refunds: Self-Paced and Quiz Pack:

• If you wish to request a refund, please do so within 2 days of purchasing the self-paced subscription.
• Refunds will not be granted if you have completed more than 3 lessons or downloaded any video.
• Refunds are not available for quiz pack subscriptions.

Cancellation & Refunds: Live Zoom Class:

• In the event that Tansy Academy cancels a scheduled batch, a full refund (100%) will be provided.
• If you cancel your enrollment 3 days before the start of any batch, a 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
• Refunds will not be issued if cancellation occurs more than 3 days after the batch commencement date.
• No refunds for non-attendance.
